20 Keto Fall Desserts You NEED TO TRY

20 Keto Fall Desserts You NEED TO TRY

Fall is coming!! This means…apples, cinnamon, warm cozy sweaters, children in cute Halloween attire, changing leaves and last but certainly not least..the beginning of pumpkin spice EVERYTHING.

Being on a keto diet does not mean you have to miss out on these trends. With these 20 delicious, decadent fall dessert recipes..you are bound to wow yourself and others (even those non-keto family members who refuse anything without a half a cup of sugar thrown into it, haha).

These are some hand-picked recipes including some of my own favourite creations along with those from several of my favourite keto blogs. I hope you enjoy them all as much as I do!

1. Keto Pumpkin Cream Pie -All Day I Dream About Food

This recipe caught my eye as it's not your average pumpkin pie..I love the idea of making it a creamy base instead of using your traditional pumpkin pie filling. I also knew this one would be perfect for my family seeing as my brother eats more whip-cream than pumpkin pie itself anyways. This combines the best of both worlds.

2. Fudgey Chocolate Zucchini Muffins

Chocolate Zucchini bread has always been a staple in our family for years seeing as we've always grown our own Zucchini. Thus, when I went keto I was definitely not going to give that up! These muffins are such a nice, easy alternative, especially when I want a quick breakfast. You could definitely bake this in a loaf pan as well!

3. Pumpkin Pie Oatmeal- Keto Diet

Okay..so I consider this dessert because in the past I used to eat oatmeal with chocolate-chips, fruit, cocoa powder and some sweetener as a treat at the end of the day! This is just an amazing alternative that HAPPENS to be keto-friendly as well. If you missed your sweet oatmeal bowls like me…this recipe has got you covered.

4. Macadamia Nut Clusters

These cute little clusters make the perfect after-dinner treat. They are simple to make and are just the right about of sweet and salty with macadamia nuts, pumpkin seeds, coconut and chocolate.

5. Low-Carb Pecan Pie- Keto Connect

I don't know about you but every year for thanksgiving my family eats pecan pie. It's one of my favourites….gooey, sweet, salty, crunchy and delicious. This recipe re-captures all of those great qualities but without all the additional sugar and carbs!

6. Chocolate Pumpkin Donuts

Guys… I can't even tell you have much I LOVE this recipe. It never took off as much as some of the other recipes on my blog so I've always thought of it as a hidden gem. I promise you if you make them you will not be disappointed! They are very easy to throw together and the flavour and texture is amazing!

7. Pumpkin-Spice Monkey Bread -I Breathe I'm Hungry

Anything with the word “bread” in the title..um..count me in. I've ALWAYS been a bread person whether it be fresh from the oven, with some butter or baked with sugar and cinnamon in a beautiful bread pudding. This recipe is such a comfort knowing I can still eat delicious soft, gooey, sweet bread whenever I'd like. Plus the pumpkin spice factor just gives this recipe that perfect fall feel.

8. Halloween Brownie Cheesecake

WOW. I was so happy with how this recipe turned out! My entire family (those who are not on a keto diet) LOVED this as well. The cake was gone within a day of making it! It's the perfect balance of chocolate and cheesecake..how can you go wrong combing two of the best desserts in the world anyways? Cheesecake + Brownies= Heaven. End of story.

9. Pumpkin Pie Patties -Healthful Pursuit

I thought this was such a funny name. “Patties” always makes me think of burgers, haha but it definitely caught my attention for that reason and I think they look so darn cute! The perfect fat-bomb for the fall season. They are made using collagen which I think is GENIUS considering the benefits of collagen for the hair, skin and nails. I usually just drink mine in my coffee each day but this seems like such a fun alternative!

10. Grab and Go Keto Granola Bars

These bars are the perfect snack for something quick to grab on the way out the door! It's hard to find easy/fast keto snacks in a hurry that don't also need refrigerating! I take these to work with me and they keep me full for hours! Packed with coconut, chocolate-chips, chia seeds, flax, almond flour and more..these things are the most delicious crunchy alternative to your typical sugary granola bar!

11. Triple-Layer-Choconut Almond Butter Cups -Healthful Pursuit

Now that's a mouthful to say…and rightly-so, these are about one mouthful to eat! These little cups remind my of my Almond Joy Balls I used to make. They are just so adorable to look at and the combo of almond butter and chocolate has always been near and dear to my heart (considering I used to just straight up eat tablespoons of almond butter with sugar-free chocolate chips on the daily, haha). These are such a simple and quick keto dessert you can whip-up to have whenever you feel a chocolate craving coming on!

12. Low-Carb Caramel Pecan Muffins w/ Cream Cheese Frosting

Awe man, I remember the first time I made these..you know, when you don't expect something to turn out that well but then it comes out 1000x better than you'd imagined so while you are eating it you do a little happy dance around your kitchen.. (No? Just me? Lol). These combine the soft fluffy texture of a muffin with the crunchy, gooey(I use this word a lot), sweet filling of a pecan pie on top! SO GOOD.

13. Cinnamon Crunch Cereal -All Day I Dream About Food

Again, maybe you don't consider this dessert but like..don't tell me you've never snuck a handful of sugary cereal out of the box when you had a sweet craving. Let's be honest here. Cereal is delicious. So thank-god for this keto-friendly alternative from All Day I Dream About Food. Bless her soul. The cereal drought it over my friends. Sweet, crunchy, cinnamon goodness in a bowl. Serve with some cream if you're feeling extra indulgent.

14. No-Bake Pumpkin-Seed Butter Balls

Yes, I said “butter balls“. I realize that's a weird name but it's the best I could come up with considering one of the main ingredients is pumpkin seed butter! If you've never baked with pumpkin seed butter and combined it with cream cheese..then man you are missing out. I'm not sure why know one ever told me how AMAZING they taste together. Definitely look out for a pumpkin seed butter cheesecake in the future.. but for now these tasty little bites will have to suffice. 😉

15. Pumpkin Spice Chocolate-Chip Cookies – Peace Love and Low-Carb

Need I say more? That's a rhetorical question but if you know me I never know when to stop talking so I'm going to say more. Chocolate-chip cookies + pumpkin spice…why did it take me so long to hear of this?? It's genius. My family used to bake chocolate cookies with cinnamon that were a HUGE hit so I'm sure these would be just as delicious. Something about cinnamon and chocolate is just magical…

16. Low-Carb Cinnamon Roll Cake

Fluffy, moist, sugary sweet and so pretty to look at…This cake was so yummy! The icing is definitely a requirement with this…it's my favourite part for sure! We ate this as dessert but it would also make a perfect family breakfast treat considering it's actually quite healthy! We served ours the next day chilled as we actually preferred it this way, but you can also serve it warm, it just may be a little more soft and crumbly!

17. Low-Carb Sugar-Free Pumpkin Pie Fudge -Ditch The Carbs

If you are looking for a simple go-to dessert to fill your pumpkin spice void then this recipe has got you covered. With only 7 ingredients, this recipe is easy to whip together and is perfect to bring to family gatherings (or you know, to just devour yourself without anyone knowing..(I mean I definitely didn't do that))

18. Cinnabon Keto Cookies w/ Cream Cheese Frosting

These cookies are just so beautiful! I honestly wanted to photograph them all day but thankfully my desire to want to bite into one stopped me from doing that. If you like cinnamon rolls and you like cookies..then fantastic, this is the recipe for you. And if you don't…then leave now. We cannot be friends. (I'm just kidding, but serious who doesn't like cinnamon rolls and cookies?!)

19. Ginger Fat Bombs -Ditch The Carbs

These caught my attention seeing as I've never really used fresh ginger in my baking but I know the benefits are fantastic! Ginger is great for digestion and easing bloating. Plus I love anything with fall spice flavours so these fat bombs sound like a creative new treat that's not only tasty but also great for your body as well!

20. Almond Roll w/ Pumpkin Cream Cheese Filling -Ruled.Me

I saved this one for the end because it sounds so unique! I haven't made a roll recipe since back in university when we had to for one of our cooking classes. But this recipe has inspired me to get back into making them! It's pretty to look at and pumpkin cream cheese sounds divine.
