Who doesn't love chocolate for breakfast? This protein shake is packed with healthy ingredients and tastes just like the inside of a reese's peanut butter cup..Try it!
**EDIT: I JUST MADE THIS SHAKE 100X BETTER! Add in a tsp sugar-free, fat-free chocolate pudding mix and 1/4 tsp xanthan gum for a super thick and delicious shake. Top with carob chips! The pudding mix makes this drink so much more decadent even if you don't have the xanthan gum.**
Ingredients:
-1/4 cup almond milk(more or less for a thinner/thicker consistency)
-1/2 a frozen banana
-1/2-1 tbsp natural peanut butter
-1/2 tsp vanilla
-1 heaping tbsp cocoa powder
-1 tbsp cottage cheese
-2 tbsp 0% greek yogurt
-1 scoop vanilla protein powder(I use creamy vanilla, PVL)
-3 small ice cubes(more for a thinner consistency)
Directions: Throw all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
*TIP*: Stir together protein powder and almond milk ahead of time so you don't end up with clumps in your blender!
Enjoy! 🙂
