Pizza for Lunch

Pizza Lunch

This was my lunch today, a crispy warm pizza…that's 100% guilt-free. This tasted like a cross between a thin crust pizza and nachos! I loved the crispy edges. It was a little messy to eat but completely worth it!
It's only about 250 calories for the whole thing and is super fast and easy to make!

Ingredients:
-1 small whole wheat wrap(I used dempster's, 90cals per wrap)
-1/4 cup shredded cooked chicken mixed with salt/pepper (I used canned chicken)
-1 tsp chopped green olives
-20-25g goat cheese (about 1 thick slice of a log, you could also use feta!)
-2 tbsp chopped green pepper
-1 tbsp chopped orange/red or yellow pepper
-1/4 of a tomato sliced thinly
-a few slices of red onion chopped
-2-3 heaping tbsp pasta/tomato sauce(I used prego)
-1/8 tsp oregano
-1/8 tsp basil
-dash of garlic powder

Directions: Preheat oven to 425*. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and place the wrap on top. Spread the wrap with tomato sauce leaving a border around the edge as the “crust”. Sprinkle with oregano, basil and garlic powder and add vegetables, chicken, then crumble the feta on top. Place in the oven for about 8-10minutes until the edges are crispy. Serve hot!
*I highly recommend just eating with your hands and tearing it apart or pick up and eat whole! haha 🙂
