Dilled Out Scrambled Eggs!

Like dill pickle popcorn? Well you will love this healthy substitute! It’s a super awesome snack with pretty much zero fat! But it has tons of flavour! I eat it everyday as a snack after school or if I am just hungry and want something to eat that will fill me up. These will keep you full for hours! If you cook the eggs to the right consistency it almost reminds me of dill seasoned popcorn! So good! Enjoy! 🙂

Ingredients:
1/2 cup egg whites
1 large tsp dill (or more to taste! I like allot of everything)
1/4-1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt (quite a bit! remember popcorn seasoning has quite a bit..you can use less though if you are conscious of your sodium intake 🙂 )
Pepper(to taste!)
cooking spray

Directions: Simply heat a pan over medium-heat and lightly spray with cooking oil. When very hot, add egg whites and then quickly sprinkle with all toppings to your liking. Use a spatula to combine the spices with the eggs then let them sit a bit to get crispy on one side and scramble again. Feel free to take them off the heat sooner or later based on the consistency you like in your eggs. I personally love these extra crispy because that’s the best part with all the spices!

*Note: You could also use whole eggs in place of egg whites or a mixture of the two and I am sure it would be just as tasty if not better!
*Green Onion is also a great addition to these
