Breakfast Today! Peach-Raspberry Frozen Yogurt

Peach Raspberry Frozen Yogurt!Another one of my frozen-fruit concoctions. This one was a nice  change from eating my usually raspberry-banana I eat everyday 🙂 All I did was replace the banana with peaches!

To be exact…

1/2 cup frozen peach slices

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

Just use the original Yogen Fruz Frozen Yogurt post for the rest of the recipe!

Nutrition Facts: 15.5g sugar(all natural!), 26carbs, 2.5g fat(or 0 if using fat-free cottage cheese!), 16g protein

I hope you enjoy this as much as I did! (P.S I left out one peach slice and a few raspberries just to sprinkle on top 😉 )

I eat this alongside some herbed egg whites! Such a delicious breakfast!
