Chocolate Covered Strawberry Protein Frosty

This recipe has the consistency of a frosty & tastes just as good! This has been my new breakfast smoothie for the past few days along with a side of egg whites. It is sweet and a teeny bit tangy from the greek yogurt! So good!

Ingredients:

-3/4-1 scoop unflavoured protein powder

-1/2 tsp vanilla(sometimes i add a few drops more 😉 )

-1 tbsp splenda, more or less to taste(*note if your protein powder already is sweet you may not need as much)

-1 heaping tbsp cocoa powder

-3 small ice cubes

-5 medium strawberries or 7 small, sliced and frozen(or less if using large strawberries)

-1/4 cup water

-1/4 cup almond milk

-1-2 large tbsp greek yogurt (add more for more of a tangy taste! I usually add about 2 tbsp)

Add all ingredients to blender(I usually add the liquids, then protein powder & ice cubes/frozen fruit and the rest of the ingredients so it blends easier) ***For the almond milk and water I usually estimate it, add only the equal amounts of both that your blender needs just to blend because the more you add, the less frosty consistency you will get. I usually start off with a bit and add more then I have listed if needed.*** After it’s all blended it should be nice and thick! Spoon into a bowl or cup, you will need a thick straw or spoon to eat this one!
