
I love dill pickle popcorn but I don't get to have it very often! This rice cake is a healthier version you can make in a snap! Great for a fast snack. This simple topping will spice up your plain rice cakes without adding calories!
Ingredients:
-1 plain rice cake(brown rice or white)
-1 tsp dry dill weed(or more to taste)
-1/4 tsp garlic powder
-optional: 1/4 tsp onion powder
-cooking oil spray(optional but it will help the topping stick and give a more buttery taste!)
-1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
Take your rice cake and give it a quick spray with the cooking oil, sprinkle with the salt, dill, & garlic/onion powder. Eat!
Simple as that!
