These Low Carb Keto Egg White Crackers are my new go-to when I want something to dip!! I used to use the seed crackers you can buy online like Flackers, which are a great choice but sometimes I want something a little more like a real cracker.
These are just that. They get nice and crisp and you can choose how long to cook them or what spices to add to make them exactly to your liking!
If you are looking for a crunchy keto snack to fill your chip craving, these are a great option. They also make a great salty keto snack for those days you get some..ahem..monthly cravings (ladies you know what I mean).
Call them keto chips or keto crackers but either way these are one delicious little snack. They are also PACKED with protein so they leave you full for hours unlike other traditional crackers!
They can literally replace a protein source in your meal so you have an excuse to snack on low carb crackers for lunch rather than “real food” (I personally love my random snacky lunches of crackers, cheese, olives, pickles, a few slices of ham..you know, the works).
These are also a great choice when you have guests coming over. Make a couple of batches with different seasonings and create your own keto charcuterie board!
However you choose to use them, these low carb keto egg white crackers are a fantastic versatile, crunchy snack.
Tools I Used To Make This Keto Crackers Recipe
- Low Carb Substitution Guide – This is totally optional but if you like my recipes, I now have a $5 guide available with all of the substitutions I use to create every recipe on my site. You can use this to convert old traditional recipes and create new keto recipes! You can purchase it here and/or read more if you are interested. 🙂 I appreciate your support so much guys!
- Nutritional Food Scale – AKA my best friend. This little buddy has been with me for over 4 years and never fails. Perfect measurements and only needs the batteries replaced maybe once a year!
Ingredients In Low Carb Keto Egg White Crackers
- Almond Flour – I use the Kirkland Costco brand of almond flour (I buy it in bulk on Amazon or at Costco itself occasionally) for this recipe. As I’ve noted in many of my past recipes, the brand of almond flour can affect the final outcome of the recipe because absorbency can vary depending on how the flour has been processed.
- Whey Protein Isolate – This is helpful in adding protein but also helping with browning and giving a crispiness to these crackers.
- Flax Seeds – These are optional but add a nice crunch to the crackers!
Tips For Making Crunchy Keto Egg White Chips
- Feel free to add different seasonings to these crackers, dill pickle, rosemary, sour cream and onion, salt and vinegar are just a few other flavours you can try!
- Grease your baking sheet with oil before lining it with parchment to prevent the parchment from moving around.
- Feel free to bake these chips more or less for more crispiness. You can also pour these into individual mini muffin tins for round chips (just be sure to only pour a very thin layer).

Serves: 3
Ingredients:
- 4 egg whites
- 1/4 cup almond flour, 28g
- 2 tbsp unflavoured whey protein isolate, 10g
- 2 tbsp parmesan, fresh or dried, 12g
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tbsp dried parsley
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/16 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp butter, 15g
- 1 tbsp whole flax seeds, 7g
Directions:
- Pre-heat your oven to 400*F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together egg whites, almond flour, protein, parmesan, salt and seasonings. Mix until well combined (no need to beat this mixture, just stir normally).
- Next add your melted butter and whole flax seeds and mix once more.
- Use a spatula to spread this mixture onto the parchment paper lined tray. Make sure it's even, spread out, but thick enough to where there are no gaps in the mixture.
- Bake for 20-25min, and flip over at the 15min mark. Bake until crisp to your liking (the edges will always brown first but I actually love the super crispy parts!)
- Let the mixture cool completely before breaking or using a pizza cutter to slice into crackers. Store these at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days. Serve with dip or eat on their own for a quick snack! Enjoy your Low Carb Keto Egg White Crackers!

I made this using egg whites in a carton and it made a very watery batter. It may be very different if you fresh egg whites. i am going to adapt the recipe and see if I can still use it.
