The BEST Taco Salad
- 70g chopped romaine (~3/4 of a head)
- 85g diced tomato
- 30g chopped avocado
- 1 large green onion, chopped
- Optional: 15g chopped red onion
- 15g(1/2 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
- 3oz(85g) Cooked and Seasoned Ground Beef Taco Meat
- 1/4 cup(63g) full-fat sour cream OR greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup salsa(60g)
- Seasonings: salt, taco seasoning, and chili pepper flakes to taste
- Place all vegetables in a bowl
- Top with seasonings and cheese
- Add salsa and sour cream
- Re-heat ground beef and serve warm over salad.
