The BEST Taco Salad

Serves: 1


  • 70g chopped romaine (~3/4 of a head)
  • 85g diced tomato
  • 30g chopped avocado
  • 1 large green onion, chopped
  • Optional: 15g chopped red onion
  • 15g(1/2 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
  • 3oz(85g) Cooked and Seasoned Ground Beef Taco Meat
  • 1/4 cup(63g) full-fat sour cream OR greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup salsa(60g)
  • Seasonings: salt, taco seasoning, and chili pepper flakes to taste
  1. Directions:
  2. Place all vegetables in a bowl
  3. Top with seasonings and cheese
  4. Add salsa and sour cream
  5. Re-heat ground beef and serve warm over salad.
