The BEST Greens Smoothie (KETO)

Serves: 1

๐ŸŒฑIngredients:๐ŸŒฑ

๐Ÿ‘‰1/2 cup PASTEURIZED raw egg whites (trust me)

๐Ÿ‘‰1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk

๐Ÿ‘‰85g ripe avocado (about 1 large half)

๐Ÿ‘‰15-20g raw spinach

๐Ÿ‘‰ 1 tbsp 18% cream (or any milk)

๐Ÿ‘‰ 2-3 large ice cubes

๐Ÿ‘‰1 tsp vanilla extract

๐Ÿ‘‰1 tbsp coconut oil

๐Ÿ‘‰2 tbsp ground flax meal

๐Ÿ‘‰pinch of salt

Optional but recommended:

๐Ÿ‘‰ 1- 1 1/2 tbsp Splenda

๐Ÿ‘‰ 1/4 tsp xanthan gum

๐ŸŒฑDirections:๐ŸŒฑ

1.Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy!

2. You can add more almond milk if you’d like it thin enough to drink but I prefer to eat mine with a spoon. ๐Ÿ˜›
