Ingredients:
- 1/2 scoop choc protein powder(17g)
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder(6g)
- 1 tbsp almond flour(6g)
- 1 tbsp flax (6.5g)
- 1 tbsp splenda(or to taste)
- a pinch of salt
- (optional: pinch of xanthan gum)
- 2 tbsp(30g) almond milk
- 1 tbsp egg whites(15g)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp heavy cream(15g)
- 1/8 tsp vanilla
- 1 tbsp sugar-free chocolate chips(optional)
Directions:
- Combine all dry ingredients.
- Then add the wet ingredients.
- Stir in 1 tbsp Sugar-Free CHOC chips(optional)
- Scrape into greased microwaveable ramekin and microwave for 40s-1min, just until partially cooked, DON'T OVERCOOK!
