High Protein Egg White Fajita(Top Pick!)

Alright guys this was hands down one of my best experiments yet! This isn't any ordinary egg white burrito or fajita. The egg whites are specially seasoned to taste just like fajita chicken! Try it if you don't believe me! This recipe is soo good!

This is also super quick and easy to prepare for breakfast, lunch or dinner!
So here it is…

-1 small Corn or Whole Wheat Tortilla
-1/3-1/2 cup Fajita Seasoned egg whites(1/4 tsp chili powder, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp paprika, 1/4 tsp splenda or any other sweetener, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp garlic powder,1/4 tsp cayenne pepper(I like it spicy, you can add less or more based on your personal preference!), 1/4 tsp cumin)
-1/4 a tomato chopped
-handful of iceberg lettuce
-1.5-2tbsp shredded low-fat cheddar cheese
-1 tbsp sour cream
-1 tbsp salsa

Whisk together your egg white mixture in a bowl and pour into a hot pan sprayed with cooking oil over medium heat. Scrambled until desired doneness(well done is good for this recipe!). Heat a tortilla in the microwave between 2 pieces of paper towel lightly sprinkled with water(to keep from drying out). Place the egg whites into the centre of the tortilla and add the rest of your ingredients, fold up at the bottom then fold the sides over. Enjoy!

***Notes***: The spice mixture can be easily changed based on your personal tastes. The measurements don't have to be perfectly exact. For example I add slightly more chili powder then anything because I love the flavour it gives off. I also add a little too much cayenne pepper 😉

Some great additional add ins might be some cooked red/green pepper, green onion, black olives or even some taco sauce or hot sauce! Make it your own and experiment!
