This Keto Funfetti Mug Cake was inspired by my full size Keto Funfetti Birthday Cake and it was requested by a lovely individual in one of the keto groups I am a part of on Facebook. 🙂
I’m so happy she suggested this as it turned out great! Super soft and delicious and
easy to make in a hurry! It literally only takes one minute in the microwave!
It also looks really cute with the sprinkles and topping.
Whether you add low carb ice cream, homemade whip cream or my keto cream cheese frosting is totally up to you!

Another keto oreo recipe for my Oreo cookie lovers out there! These Keto Oreo balls are a spin-off of my slightly more challenging, Keto Oreo Cookies recipe.
If you don’t feel like cutting out and baking cookies then having to put them together.. (even though they are truly beautiful and I suggest making
Keto Oreo Cookies if you are trying to impress some non-keto friends) then these Keto Oreo Balls are for you! They are super simple to make and honestly taste flippin’ delicious. They really remind me of real Oreos!

Keto Chocolate Caramel Cups. One of the few recipes I don’t mind making on a lazy day because they really don’t require much work. No baking required.
Just put together the simple caramel sauce, melt some chocolate, fill mini muffin tins with this chocolate and caramel combo and freeze.
Easy Peasy in the Freezy.
That was lame.
But these are not.
Please make them.
They are delicious and you will not regret it. That is all.

Keto Raspberry Coconut Balls
Well here I am again, back with another FAT BOMB and/or BALL recipe. Keto Raspberry Coconut Balls to be exact.
It’s been a while my friends.
I myself am personally not a huge “ball fan” (no pun intended) as I prefer recipes that are more complicated or recipes that require a few more steps but I think that’s just the baker in me, lol.
You guys seem to really enjoy the more simple recipes like this one so that’s why I continue to make them.. and I’m not going to lie. I’m kind of glad I do because I wouldn’t have discovered how much I love this combination of ingredients.
These Keto Raspberry Coconut Balls are actually really tasty! I had to stop myself from eating them all during my photoshoot.
The keto raspberry cheesecake centre combined with the delicious shredded coconut coating and melted chocolate…um wow.

I did Keto Christmas Chocolates…Now we’re doing Keto Christmas Bark.
I’m not sure if it’s just me but I love Christmas just for the excuse that I get to use excessive amounts of sprinkles and food colouring.
This bark is no exception.
It’s easy to make…more importantly FUN to make because you can get as creative as you want with the toppings.
It’s a perfect recipe to make with kids and a great way to get everyone in the holiday spirit!

This keto microwave peanut brittle is crunchy, sweet, salty..Basically everything you envision peanut brittle to be minus the sugar! Continue reading “Keto Microwave Peanut Brittle”
Keto Christmas Chocolates! These are such a fun and adorable Christmas dessert.
They are easy enough even your kids can help make them!
These are similar to some of my other no-bake ball recipes including the
Keto No-Bake Snowball Bites (“White-Chocolate” Sugar Cookies) and my No-Bake Almond Joy Cheesecake Truffles
But these ones have a fun twist with the colours inside!
I also really like how the flavour of the middle turned out! They are the perfect amount of sweet!

Ah, yes. Another Christmas recipe.
Actually, this one is my first official holiday recipe of December!
A start to what will probably be a flood of incoming recipes..
shortbread, candy cane cookies, gingerbread..you name it, I’ve probably made it or am about to!
These little Keto Cream Cheese Mints are cute to look at and fun to eat.
They are the perfect sweet treat to get anyone in the holiday spirit!

WINTER IS COMING.
I repeat. WINTER IS COMING.
Prepare yourself for the endless ELF memes, slow overly cautious drivers, overwhelming pressure of gift shopping and constant Christmas recipe bombardment.
Of course I’m jumping on the trend early so be prepared to be annoyed with multiple holiday and winter-related recipes.
This little recipe is something I whipped up real-quick as I was having a major sugar-cookie craving.
Actually scratch-that, I was having a sugar craving..let’s not sugar coat it (LOL I’m sorry I’m literally the lamest human being).
Anywho, my other “ball” and “bite” recipes have been taken really well by you guys. It seems you all like to put about as much effort into baking as I do (aka, we all just out here being lazy).
This recipe is perfect for you lazy folks who need food NOW.
No-baking required, just throw together, toss in the freezer for a bit and you’re good to go. Snacks for the week!
(Or 1 day, I mean let’s be honest if you’re a woman and you experience the deadly shark week, these things aren’t lasting more than 5 minutes and if someone attempts to steal one you’re probably going to have to eat them too).
