Keto Jell-O Cream Cheese Candies

Keto Jell-O Cream Cheese Candies

Keto Jell-O Cream Cheese Candies!

This is probably the simplest recipe I've ever posted…like ever. LOL.

This recipe only requires 2 ingredients…CREAM CHEESE AND JELL-O. Specifically sugar-free jello.

I use the Simply Delish Brand because they use more natural keto-friendly ingredients! Their flavours are also awesome!

Simply Delish sells puddings too, which I used to make my Keto Hazelnut Pudding Pie (my number one recipe if someone asked me to choose from my entire blog!) and my Keto Boston Cream Cake (also one of my favourites…maybe I just love pudding?)

You'd be surprised by how good these are for just two ingredients. I figured it would be okay but I probably wouldn't want to eat more than one.. Even my Mom said “Cream cheese with jell-o and that's it? Sounds kind of boring..”

Ya, we were both wrong. The coating seeps into the cream cheese to give it flavour and the center of the ball that's just cream cheese is PERFECT. I'm so glad I didn't add sweetener to the cream cheese itself like I was tempted to. The cream cheese not being sweetened helps offset the sweet coating.

These really do taste like a delicious sweet candy…especially when frozen.

For my lazy keto friends out there, this recipe is for you. For all the people who told me they love my recipes but can never bring themselves to make them because of the steps required…this is for you.

I hope you enjoy these little Keto Jell-O Cream Cheese Candies as much as I do!

Now I know you all hate when I write too much at the start of the post but I do have an important announcement to make today..so you can technically skip straight to the recipe but if you are an avid reader on my blog, I suggest at least skimming this section!

So as you may know, I released my first Keto Cookbook on Nov. 20th this year, which you can learn more about here

I also quit my part-time job and increased my posting schedule to almost 7 days a week.

Because of this, MouthwateringMotivation's following has grown dramatically in the last 3 months. The comments and feedback from you guys has been awesome.

I even recently just purchased my first house where I plan to film cooking videos for this site in the coming year!

Things have changed SO much since I started this small blog.

That's why I've decided to finally give it the face-lift it deserves ..and the one you guys deserve! I'd like to match my site's look to the quality of content I'm putting out.

I've been putting off fixing my embarrassingly slow page load time and somewhat difficult to navigate site for quite some time now. BUT there's a new year around the corner (thankfully) and I feel it's the perfect time to say goodbye to the old and hello to the new.

So on Dec.16th.2020, my site will be down for majority of the day. Don't panic! It should be back up later that night looking spiffy as ever if all goes well. You'll hopefully see a faster, sleeker looking site that's more user friendly.

If you have any questions or concerns during that day, feel free to reach out to me via: contact@mouthwateringmotivation.com

Other than that, business will carry on as usual and I'll keep pumping out some fantastic keto recipe content for you guys on a daily basis!

Now that we've got that out of the way…let's get back to the reason you're all here..

If you made half red (strawberry) and half green (lime) you could have a super cute keto friendly Christmas treat to give to friends/family. Use SAMMYSAM for 10% off if you purchase their jell-O!
  • The longer you leave these, the more the coating seeps into the center of the cream cheese and flavours the whole thing.
