Keto Peanut Butter Cereal Bars
These delicious and easy Keto Peanut Butter Cereal Bars are no bake and only take minutes to prepare!
My friends over at Stoka Nutrition were kind enough to send me a couple bags of their low carb cereal to try (4g net carbs /half cup!)…
And because I'm me, I obviously couldn't be a normal human being and just eat it with milk (although, it's really good that way too). I instead had to do the Sam thing, go all out and make an epic dessert with this cereal.
For these bars I use the Coco Almond Cereal and paired it with peanut butter as the base because..well, peanut butter just makes everything better (unless of course you have an allergy in which case I'll list some alternatives below, haha)
These Keto Peanut Butter Cereal Bars kind of remind me of rice krispy square. They have that similar texture but of course are peanut butter flavoured – making them that much more awesome.
I actually used to make my Rice Krispies with some Reeses puffs thrown in because Reeses was ALWAYS my favourite cereal… so I think these keto peanut butter cereal bars are a great representation of my childhood.
Overall, Stoka did a really great job with this low carb cereal! I'd have been happy to be given this for breakfast as a kid!
This is one keto peanut butter dessert you won't want to share!
Tips For Making Low Carb Peanut Butter Cereal Bars
- Make sure to let your bars chill for at LEAST 2 hours before attempting to slice them. You can even freeze them to help them hold together better.
- Drizzle the tops of these bars with chocolate or peanut butter for a nice final touch!
