This granola is delicious! I actually have started to eat it every morning for breakfast because of how much I love it.
It's SO filling and packed with healthy fats.
Top it with some strawberries, raspberries and/or blueberries + light coconut milk or almond milk and it's perfect.
Tools I Used To Make Low Carb Crunchy Keto Granola
- Low Carb Substitution Guide – This is totally optional but if you like my recipes, I now have a $5 guide available with all of the substitutions I use to create every recipe on my site. You can use this to convert old traditional recipes and create new keto recipes! You can purchase it here and/or read more if you are interested. 🙂 I appreciate your support so much guys!
- Nutritional Food Scale – AKA my best friend. This little buddy has been with me for over 4 years and never fails. Perfect measurements and only needs the batteries replaced maybe once a year!
Tips For Making Low Carb Crunchy Keto Granola
- This is great on top of low carb yogurt or on it's own! One serving may seem small but TRUST ME it's extremely filling when you actually go to eat it. I like to serve mine with light coconut milk and chopped strawberries/raspberries.
- When baking your granola, be sure to give it a check every-so-often, the smaller bits will start to brown first and that's when you'll know it's pretty much done!
Ingredients In Low Carb Keto Granola
- Powdered Monkfruit/Erythritol Sweetener – This is my absolute favourite sweetener, it tastes the closest to real sugar and blends beautifully into everything because it's already powdered!
- Almond & Coconut Flour I use the Kirkland Costco brand of almond flour (I buy it in bulk on Amazon or at Costco itself occasionally) and this brand of coconut flour for this recipe. As I’ve noted in many of my past recipes, the brand of almond and coconut flour can affect the final outcome of the recipe because absorbency can vary depending on how the flour has been processed.
- Sugar Free Maple Syrup – I use the low sugar E.D Smith syrup in Canada or the Choc Zero Syrup, which you can find on Amazon.
