Keto Candy Cane Cookies! I absolutely love these. When I was younger, I always thought these were by far some of the most impressive Christmas cookies.
My Mom used to make them for us though every year.. though she's stopped now because she says they require “too much work”. Lol.
They really aren't hard cookies to make. The batter itself is extremely easy to whip together, it's just the process of braiding them that takes time. But if you have patience and make these on a chill winter day with some holiday music in the background and a cup of hot chocolate, I promise it's not so bad, and really quite enjoyable.

You guys always seem to enjoy my keto stuffed cookie recipes so we're back at it again with Keto Peanut Butter Stuffed Chocolate Cookies!
These cookies are chocolatey and rich (thanks to using melted chocolate ALONG with
cocoa powder and not just one or the other).
They are also super soft and moist unlike other keto cookies you may have tried in the past.

Keto Lemon Raspberry Muffins..
Yes, we are back again with another muffin recipe because if you've read my older posts, you KNOW I have a love for muffins.
Muffins are probably one of my biggest weaknesses when it comes to traditional high carb foods. I could eat them all day long..
..with a side of some butter..oooo.

Keto Mini Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins…bet you'd never hear that in a full sentence.
“BUT SAM, BANANAS AREN'T KETO”
“BANANAS ARE HIGH IN CARBS AND WILL SPIKE YOUR INSULIN”
Guys. Guys. I promise these are okay to eat on a ketogenic diet. Please don't come after me, lol.
Let me explain.
Bananas on their own are not great for a low carb diet. They are high in carbs and natural sugars and low in fat.

These Low Carb Keto Pizza Bites may just be my new favourite way to eat pizza!
They are delicious. Crispy on the outside, soft in the center…packed with italian spices, mozzarella, pepperoni, green peppers and whichever other fillings you enjoy..then brushed with garlic butter and parmesan.

This Keto Apple Cinnamon Cake makes the perfect breakfast on a cold fall morning.
It also makes a great snack paired with a cup of coffee or tea.
This keto apple cake is soft, fluffy and moist.
It has layers of cinnamon sugar and is topped with a delicious cream cheese glaze.
It's basically keto cinnamon rolls with some apple added..in cake form.

Keto Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies
We're really sticking with the pumpkin theme lately..and I'm okay with that, haha.
These cookies are pretty much fall in a few bites. You've got your nutmeg, your cinnamon, allspice, pumpkin..and some chocolate, just for fun.
These are easy to make and come out super soft, gooey and delicious.

Low Carb Keto Pumpkin Bread Recipe was AMAZING.
This is honestly one of the best keto desserts I've made in a while.
It's fluffy, soft, moist and has a perfectly crisp crust.
I added pecans to the loaf, which I feel really took it just that extra bit over the top!
The spices in this loaf are also perfect for fall.
Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Allspice and Cloves.. you can't get more fall than that!

These Easy Keto Cauliflower Fritters are delicious!!
I know people say cauliflower literally becomes everything today but that's because it's so versatile. This is just another example of an awesome easy keto cauliflower recipe!
Mashed cauliflower works similar to mashed potatoes and when you add some “flour” to that and a bit of egg, you can get a really awesome base for fritters!

Keto Chocolate Peanut Butter Mug Cake..yum!
I've always been a fan of mug cakes.
For years, I made low carb, high protein chocolate mug cakes for breakfast.
They varied each day and I could never settle on one recipe because I was always determined to improve on my last one.
The rubbery protein mug cakes you'd see online were NOT my thing. I hated that airy, weird rubber texture.
I always wanted my mug cakes to taste decadent..like some delicious unhealthy (but actually healthy) dessert for breakfast.
I went through phases of making lava mug cakes by adding liquid or other ingredients to the center of my cakes.
