π±Ingredients:π±
π1/2 cup PASTEURIZED raw egg whites (trust me)
π1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
π85g ripe avocado (about 1 large half)
π15-20g raw spinach
π 1 tbsp 18% cream (or any milk)
π 2-3 large ice cubes
π1 tsp vanilla extract
π1 tbsp coconut oil
π2 tbsp ground flax meal
πpinch of salt
Optional but recommended:
π 1- 1 1/2 tbsp Splenda
π 1/4 tsp xanthan gum
π±Directions:π±
1.Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy!
2. You can add more almond milk if you'd like it thin enough to drink but I prefer to eat mine with a spoon. π
