These keto espresso cheesecake bites are the perfect pick-me-up snack. 

They taste delicious, plus they come packed with a little punch of caffeine.

The combination of chocolate and espresso has always been a favourite of mine. I've use it in my Keto Turtles Cheesecake, Chocolate Caramel Filled CookiesChewy Double Chocolate Cookies and even these Keto Marble Cupcakes.

These little Espresso Cheesecake Fat Bombs were slightly difficult to photograph. They aren't the most exciting dessert I've made in terms of looks, but as they say, don't judge a book by its cover. These are one tasty little low carb snack.

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine all of your dry ingredients.
  2. Add the softened cream cheese and vanilla extract and stir until a thick dough forms.
  3. Use your hands to form the batter into balls and place on a parchment lined plate or tray.
  4. Freeze for at least 1 hour before serving. (You can also place these in the fridge if you want them to remain softer). Enjoy your Keto Espresso Cheesecake Fat Bombs
