In a bowl, add your softened butter, cream cheese, coconut oil, sweetener and extracts.
Blend using a hand mixer until smooth.
Use a spatula to scrape half the batter into another small bowl.
Add red food colouring to one half of the batter, and green to the other until desired colour is reached.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and scrape both batters out in blobs around the pan.
Use a knife and spatula to flatten gently and swirl the batter together.
Add your toppings and freeze for at least 1 hour before breaking into pieces.
