In a small bowl, mix together the flour, sweetener, baking powder, cinnamon and salt.
Add the milk and stir until a soft dough forms. Use your hands to knead the dough until it comes together better (~1 minute).
Add the softened butter and continue to knead it. (~1min more).
Form the dough into a ball and place it on a piece of parchment paper.
Put another piece of parchment paper on top and use a rolling pin to roll it into a rectangle.
Mix the filling ingredients together in another small bowl and then sprinkle it over the dough. Use your hands to almost rub it into the dough/spread it out as it will be a thicker filling and seem like not a lot at first.
Roll the dough up from the longest side to the other long side and slice with a sharp knife into 3 pieces.
Turn the pieces cut-side up and use your hand to flatten each one down a bit as they will puff up in the microwave.
Place the 3 little rolls cut-side up in a small microwaveable bowl or dish and microwave for ~50s or longer depending on your microwave.
Serve warm as they are or make a simple glaze by mixing together sweetener and almond milk. Enjoy your Keto 5 Minute Cinnamon Rolls!
