Make the Easy Keto Caramel Sauce as directed. Set aside to cool. (You'll end up with ~1/2 cup)
In a small bowl, mix together the almond flour, pecans and salt.
Add 6 tbsp (or ~3/4) of the caramel sauce and mix until a thick dough forms.
Grease a 9x4 inch loaf pan and evenly press the mixture into the bottom.
In another small bowl, add 2 tbsp or your 1/4 of leftover keto caramel sauce, cream cheese, sweetener and vanilla extract.
Mix until smooth.
Use a spatula to pour and spread the glaze evenly over the base.
Refrigerate for ~2 hours or until glaze has set and the base is firm.
