Pre-heat oven to 350*F.
In a bowl, mix together all dry ingredients except sweetener and chopped peanuts.
In another bowl, add your melted butter, peanut butter, sweeteners and vanilla extract, mix well.
Add your two eggs and use a hand mixer to blend together (or whisk well with a fork).
Add your dry ingredients to the bowl and use a spoon to stir everything until well-combined.
Grease a 9x9inch pan and spread the batter into the bottom evenly.
Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top, then bake for ~20min or until edges are just lightly browned and begin to pull away from the sides.
