Keto Peanut Butter Cereal Bars

  • 5 tbsp natural peanut butter room temperature, 75g (or almond butter, or sunflower seed butter or hazelnut butter if you have an allergy to peanuts)
  • 2 tbsp butter softened, 30g
  • 2 cups Stoka Coco Almond Cereal (Use the discount code SAMMYSAM if you want to purchase any Stoka products for an extra 20% off)
  • 2 tbsp + 1 tsp sugar free syrup 35g
  • 1 tbsp powdered monkfruit erythritol sweetener or another sweetener
  • 1/8 tsp salt


  • In a large bowl, microwave your sugar free syrup until bubbly. (~30s)
  • Add your peanut butter, sweetener and softened butter to this same bowl and microwave for another 30-45s or until everything is hot and melted, then stir until smooth.
  • Add your 2 cups of Stoka Coco Almond Cereal to this bowl and mix until the cereal is fully coated.
  • Scrape the filling into a parchment lined loaf pan and press into an even layer.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours before lifting the bars from the pan using the parchment paper.
  • Slice into bars and serve chilled! Enjoy your keto peanut butter cereal bars! *Optional, drizzle the tops with peanut butter or melted dark chocolate.


Store these in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze and remove as desired for a quick snack!
