In a large bowl, microwave your sugar free syrup until bubbly. (~30s)
Add your peanut butter, sweetener and softened butter to this same bowl and microwave for another 30-45s or until everything is hot and melted, then stir until smooth.
Add your 2 cups of Stoka Coco Almond Cereal to this bowl and mix until the cereal is fully coated.
Scrape the filling into a parchment lined loaf pan and press into an even layer.
Refrigerate for 2 hours before lifting the bars from the pan using the parchment paper.
Slice into bars and serve chilled! Enjoy your keto peanut butter cereal bars! *Optional, drizzle the tops with peanut butter or melted dark chocolate.

Store these in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze and remove as desired for a quick snack!
