Easy sugar free and gluten free, low carb, keto friendly granola bars that you can make at home in minutes.

In a large bowl, combine all of the ingredients up to and including salt.
In a microwavable bowl, melt your butter. Pour this over the dry mixture.
Also drizzle in your syrup.
Stir well until the dough is mixed well enough to where it can be formed into a ball in your hand.
Now take the dough and press it into the bottom of a wax or parchment paper lined loaf pan. Use your hands to make sure the top is flat and even.
