I have to say, I’m pretty proud of myself for this recipe. I just made, dare I say it.. The Best Keto Croissants.
These are NOT fat head dough. I made them with a flour combination that I’ve found to work really well in low-carb pastries.
These Keto Croissants are yeast risen and made mainly with, vital wheat gluten, almond flour, coconut flour and oat fiber.
The Best Keto Croissants have beautiful layers, just like real croissants and pull apart exactly how you’d expect. The cold butter and milk is the key to creating these layers along with folding of the dough.

Alright guys here’s a fun one for you.
This keto deep dish pizza was pretty amazing to see coming out out of the oven and even beforehand..
It’s quite epic and I’m pretty proud if it, if I do say so myself.
The dough is a beautiful texture. Probably the nicest dough I’ve ever worked with that’s low carb! It’s soft and stretchy and acts just like pizza dough. Continue reading “Keto Deep Dish Pizza”
Today we are celebrating reaching 10k on instagram along with 11k e-mail subscribers for MouthwateringMotivation.com! For that reason, I had to go all out and make this extravagant Keto Funfetti Birthday Cake.
This cake is beautiful! Everyone that’s keto or not strongly approved of it and said it tasted delicious! The Funfetti sprinkles really bring back all of my childhood memories of a boxed Duncan Heinz cake.
This cake may be just slightly healthier seeing as it is gluten free, grain free and there is no sugar added! Continue reading “Keto Funfetti Birthday Cake”
Another keto oreo recipe for my Oreo cookie lovers out there! These Keto Oreo balls are a spin-off of my slightly more challenging, Keto Oreo Cookies recipe.
If you don’t feel like cutting out and baking cookies then having to put them together.. (even though they are truly beautiful and I suggest making Keto Oreo Cookies if you are trying to impress some non-keto friends) then these Keto Oreo Balls are for you! They are super simple to make and honestly taste flippin’ delicious. They really remind me of real Oreos!

I feel like I never learn my lesson with Keto Cinnamon Rolls.
Seriously. The amount of times I have attempted different versions on this blog is actually appalling. Almond flour keto cinnamon rolls, coconut flour keto cinnamon rolls, protein keto cinnamon rolls…and now “Soft and Gooey Keto Cinnamon Rolls“.
But, with that said, I think the experimentation can be good. Every time I re-make them slightly different, I feel as if we progress to another cinnamon roll level.
The only issue is I can rarely get a good photo of cinnamon rolls.
I’m not sure if this is just my lack of photography skills in this area but does anyone else find cinnamon rolls to always look like a big gooey blob in every photo? LOL.
I can tell you that I took 124 photos just to get the few semi-decent keto cinnamon roll photos you see here.
Anyways, all this should really be beside the point.
You came here to see make some soft and gooey ket cinnamon rolls and I’m going to tell you how to do that…using yeast. Yup we are upping our game from baked cinnamon rolls.
These ones puff up a lot in the oven so don’t be deceived by the small pieces you cut them into. They bake nice and golden brown on the outside but remain soft and ooey-gooey on the inside. Exactly what you want when baking a proper cinnamon roll. Continue reading “Soft and Gooey Keto Cinnamon Rolls”
Soft, cheesy, delicious.. The Best Keto Cheesy Bread I’ve had! These cheese breadsticks are made with a yeast risen dough which gives them a closer texture to traditional breadsticks. They are topped with garlic butter and a mixture of mozzarella and parmesan for tons of cheesy goodness..Dip them in marinara sauce or garlic dip for the ultimate traditional garlic stick experience. These Keto Oreo Cookies are something I will remember forever.
This recipe is one that came to me literally in the middle of the night. After watching a cooking competition show where a famous chef talked about making the impossible possible..and then showed a bunch of his crazy dessert inventions.. It got me thinking.. Why HAVEN’T I tried recipes that really push me out of my comfort zone?
There’s so many recipes I’ve want to to try and make but always deemed them too hard or impossible to make keto, at least to the standard I’d want them to come out.
So that’s when I thought, let’s just go for it and see what happens. WHY NOT. The worst that could happen is that I trash the recipe and bake something else for today’s blog post.
But man.. I was absolutely determined to get these Keto Oreos right. And that I did.
On the first try.

The Best Keto Cheesecake Ever. Man, this post has been a LONGGGG time coming.
I’ve wanted to share my love for this recipe since I made it last thanksgiving.
My ENTIRE family, I’m talking grandparents, cousins, aunts, uncles, everyone that wasn’t even keto to begin with LOVED this cake and even went back for seconds!
I was worried it might not be fully cooked or the people may notice it wasn’t sweetened with sugar or they may not like the almond flour crust…
But when I tasted it myself..all my worries disappeared. This thing was one of the BEST keto cheesecakes I’ve ever tasted. Maybe one of the best cheesecakes in I’ve ever tasted.
It was that good. Continue reading “The Best Keto Cheesecake EVER”
Keto Chocolate Caramel Cups. One of the few recipes I don’t mind making on a lazy day because they really don’t require much work. No baking required.
Just put together the simple caramel sauce, melt some chocolate, fill mini muffin tins with this chocolate and caramel combo and freeze.
Easy Peasy in the Freezy.
That was lame.
But these are not.
Please make them.
They are delicious and you will not regret it. That is all. Continue reading “Keto Chocolate Caramel Cups”
Who knew that Keto Raspberry Almond Scones would become one of my new blog favourites.
These scones turned out amazing. A soft pillowy almond dough is studded with tangy raspberry pieces then topped with a delicious almond glaze and almond slivers.
I could seriously eat the glaze alone by the spoonful. Continue reading “Keto Raspberry Almond Scones”
