Want something fast you can eat right after your workout and not feel guilty about? Look no further, this healthy chocolate-chip cookie takes just minutes to prepare. Pop in the a toaster oven or large oven for 6-8mins and your good to go! Or feel free to make ahead of time!

I actually got this recipe from an awesome youtube channel I watch called: leanbodylifestyle, look him up. *He recently changed his channel though so look for him under the name of MichaelKoryFitness now.

Anyways if you want the whole recipe just go here:

But I thought for those of you who just wanted to try it, a single-serving may be easier so I did the work for you!

Ingredients:
1 tbsp + 1tsp whole wheat pastry flour
1/8 tsp baking powder (maybe a speck more)
2.5 tsp splenda(add more if you like yours extra sweet)
pinch of salt
1 rounded tsp of apple sauce
1 tsp egg whites + 1/8 tsp
1/8 tsp vanilla extract
5-6 carob chips

Directions: Preheat oven to 350* Stir together all ingredients except carob chips in a small bowl and use hands to form into a ball. Place on a sprayed cookie sheet or parchment paper and slightly flatten with spoon. Press in the carob chips. Sprinkle with splenda. Bake for 6-8mins.
Now you have a warm delicious after-workout cookie! 🙂

*NOTE: This recipe uses carob chips as a substitute for chocolate chips. If you can't find them, feel free to substitute with a few mini semi-sweet chocolate chips or raisins or nuts.
