Peanut Butter Protein Muffins

Peanut Butter Protein Muffins

Hey everyone! So this recipe is super great for breakfast! If you are a peanut butter lover then these are for you! But I can't take credit for this one ! I got it from dashing dish! It's a really great website with loads of healthy recipes! 🙂

These are so yummy! They are best warm 🙂 I use PVL Sport Isolate Whey Protein Powder (vanilla) But feel free to use whatever protein powder you like best!

Recipe:
1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line 12 count muffin tin with foil or silicone muffin liners, and spray with non-stick cooking spray. (Foil and silicone liners are the best non-stick liners when using oat flour!)
2
Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor, and blend/process until oats are ground, and smooth batter forms.
3
Divide batter evenly between muffin tins. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until lightly golden brown on top, and toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven, and enjoy! Store in fridge. Or freeze and pop in the microwave for 30-60 seconds for a healthy and convenient snack!

Nutrition Facts per muffin(Makes 12): 11g carbs, 4g fat, 2g sugar, 8g protein(for my powder)

Enjoy! 🙂
